4-lug to 5-lug switch

Hello. I'm new to this web site so be gentle with my first question. I'm in the process of swaping my four lug front suspention to 5 lug. I have the spindles from a V8 car and the complete brake disc. Here's my two part question: (A) Do I need to change the outer tie rod ends? (B) Can I use the same brake caliper I have now with the four lug? The rear axle I have under control as far as the swap. Any helpfull info would be greatly appreciated.

Tie rods should be OK. Calipers are going to be different because the V8 spindles are different than the four cylinder spindles.

What specificly is your "5 lug" brake hardware, what do you have, and what year/car is it from?
