i dont see why it wouldnt, there might be some differences.
i know mercruiser made some big 4 cyl engines for boats and they used a 460 head, and they had a differnt cooling thing, the hose hooked directly to the head.
but seeing the one you mention is an actual 460 i think it will be the same as any other one, i know of guys running engines from boats in a car all the time.
