I just traded my 92 GT for a vortech V-1 S-trim supercharger for my 2000 mustang GT. The only problem is that this kit is for a 4valve motor. I know that the inlet pipe is a different shape (i will probably just buy a power pipe to replace it) on the 4v motor. Also the kit comes with 42lb injectors!! CAN I USE THIS ON MY 2v with justa different intake pipe???? ARE 42lb injectors too big??? ARE THERE ANY OTHER MODS I HAVE TO DO TO THE KIT (Bracket) to make it fit??? some on help.

the 42lb injectors will be fine. since you have a 2000 GT, the bracket should fit since both the 00 GT and Cobras have Windsor blocks. other than the inlet pipe, you should be good to go.

Do you think i will need a fuel regulator since I am using such large injectors? Also does anyone know the difference between a V-1 and a V-2 blower?

no, you don't need a fuel regulator. but if you want, you can trade me your 42's for my 30's.:)

the difference between the V1 and V2 is that the V1 is hella loud and the V2 is very quiet. i've had both and prefer the quiet blower.

**dbmustang. i might actually want to trade for the smaller injectors. I am going to contact vortech tomorrow and double check, but i'm pretty sure that they recommend 30lb for my set up.. they are brand new from ford still in the box.
