5.0 clutch ?

I am swapping a 1990 5.0 into my 66 mustang. I am looking for a 50 oz flywheel and was curious if I would be able to reuse my nearly brand new 10" centerforce clutch that I had on the 289?

Doesnt the 289 use the same bell housing as a 302? Should only be the flywheel that's different.

I am changing to a 5.0 from a 289 ...

I am also using a t5. I originally had a 10 inch dual friction clutch kit that is still in great shape and want to use it on the 5.0 but was curious about the change to a 50 oz flywheel that I am going to have to find for the 5.0. Thanks, I am new to the 5.0 as this is my first one and am trying to find the differences betewwn tehm and the 289/302 of the early models.

I think you'll need to switch to a 10.5" diaphram clutch setup.
