i recently recived....lol recived...more or less cracked the heads on my moms v6 mustang so when i got the car it had no working engine....im buying a 302 in replacement but im unsure of what types of performance mods to do to it..im attempting to build a drift car with alot of low end torque with a narly sound to it...but i dont know were to start.....stroker.yes.no?? what types of heads...cams..ect??....i know i want strenthed internals...to hopefully prevent another head cracking but other than that im all up for suggestions

What year/model is the car? Automatic or Stick? What do you want to use it for - Daily driver, Street/strip, street racing, track racing? Need more information to correctly and accurately answer your questions.

Since you are building a drift car...

You want to keep your weight light, aftermarket blocks or "big blocks" will not help...

Depends on how much power you want really.

If you plan to keep the stock block, go with a stroker with all the right supporting products.

1988...manuel

i have a couple 1988 engines lined up and i am deffantely going for a manuel prob what cam stock with the 88 fox body....my use for it will ultimatly drifting....not a daily drive....i plan on tearing it apart ....fulll 14 point rolll....the works...just looking to put some bad ass muscle into it....oh ya the body i am using is a 1995 ...not a fox body but im prob gunna go with the 302 just wondering what cams, heads and stroker kits i should get
