so im in the process of re building my 5.0 boring it to a 306 and im running replacement pistons exactly like to stock ones just .30 over so im wondering if i can run a single turbo on those internals till i can buy a dart 347 or a world class 302 with forged internals so i can really turn the boost up.. so will my block and internals hold up on low boost settings for a while..

if u have a freshly rebuilt engine it should last for alittle while if u get it tuned, keep up on maintenance, and of coarse keep the boost low (7-10psi). dont get too greedy.

Yes you can. you dont even need forged pistons. hell a stock explorer shortblock will hold up just fine. ive been running one with 8 psi and beeting the crap put of it and have no issues. get a good tune...

and this will be fine running regular pistons with two or four valve reliefs not a low compression piston ?

Yes your compression is still hovering 9:1, youll be fine.. Enjoy It!
