Engine 5.0 will not stay running

Replaced my computer in my 87 Mustang GT 5 spd with mass airflow conversion with a A9l computer. When I bought the car it had a 89 5.0 automatic computer in it the car would barely hold a needle would pop through the intake and exhaust when you hit the gas and stall so I thought it was the computer I replaced it and the car is still running like crap

Engine miss fire doesn’t stay running.

I bought a 87 Gt 5spd with an 90 rebuilt motor in it with mass air flow BBK headers trick flow upper and lower intake and 70mm throttle body. Car also has well had an 89 automatic computer in it which is fried for sure. Wires from mass air flow were connected into the plug to computer (ecm)...
