5.0L F-150 intake?

I have a 92 5.0 and I was thinking about putting a 5.0L F-150 intake from edlbrock with the twin t-bodys. will this work on my car and if so is there any mods that have to be done besides the custom cold air intake. will it clear my hood? thanks for any help.

Why do you want to do this? Just curious.

It should work, only your intake will be flipped towards the passenger side rather than the stock Mustangs intake on the drivers side. Other than that, I think that if you mate up the proper upper and lower intakes it should work.

I was just curious. If it does work than it will be diff. and to see if there is any real HP or TQ increase over stock. And maybe the edlbrock F-150 intake might make more HP and TQ then the edlbrock mustang intake..
