I just bought a 79 Ghia package mustang. It has 4 lug 4 wheel disc brakes on it. What do I need to convert it to 5 lug and 4 wheel discs, no rear drums?

Going with the full SN95 brake setup would be the best deal, as you get upgraded front setup and rears, and no limits on the wheels you can use like the cheaper 5 lug front rotor swap conversion.
