If you're just doing a the conversion to have a 5-lug bolt pattern with no brake upgrades, then all you really need are the rotors from an early 80's 2wd Ranger which are 5-lug. You'd really be better off going with a sn-95 swap though, much better braking power, really regret not doing this when I did my 5-lug swap.
