hey everybody, i need some help getting my 4 lug fox into a 5 lug conversion. For all of you out there that have done it, if im not mistaking the front rotors i could get off a lincol mark VII right? what about the drums, off of what car/truck should i get them of? Also, what axles would fit for the back, i've been told i have to use two different ones from two different cars, but then again, im not sure at all.

thanks everybody!!

any other tips while doing the 5 lug conversion?

#1 question to answer before planning your conversion: What wheels do you want to run? Many wheels will not work with the Mark VII rotors and require the 94+ conversion.

#2 question: Do you want to improve the brakes or just continue with the marginal Fox brakes? This is an excellent opportunity to upgrade the safety side of your car with the 99+ calipers or Cobra brakes.

Read Matt's site listed above above. He has almost all the options and answers.

Good luck!

Cheapest way is the lincoln rotors and the $199 Ford Motorsport axle and drum kit. You can potentially do it for around $250.

Won't improve stopping power though.

A sn95 disc setup costs considerbly more, probably $800-$1000, so go with your budget. Some will say around $500, but that's just luck in finding someone to rid of parts that cheap.

go with the sn95 spindles up front so you can run Cobra brakes and convert to rear disc....brakes feel so much better when you have to hit the brakes hard going 85....you actually slow down.
