You can't use the stock factory plug when you gut the PV because there's a hole in it that's plugged by the plunger you remove when you gut it. That hole can let air into the system and give you absolute fits trying to keep the barkes bled. I can't tell you how much time and how much money I spent replacing components chasing down a recurring problem of air in the rear brake lines before I figured this out.

I used the stock plug and it works great. I drilled the hole in it out a little more, tapped some threads and put a threaded plug in it with some locktite. Its holding up and I saved a little $$$

Alright job done thanks for the help.... Best bet is to get sn95 booster and prop block.. then just gut the 95 block like the fox(it already has a place for the left front brake line to hook up) then weld or tap the front plug so u get a good air tight fit........no "t" fitting or any other crap just plug it up & bleed the brakes...

You can take that rear fitting off the sn95 prop valve and put it in a fox prop valve. Then, all you need is one brake line to the front drivers side wheel. Its how I did my conversion.

Thing is, you need a non abs prop valve.

My 3-2 conversion consisted of this.

Ford racing prop valve plug (they were $9 at the time)
Non-abs sn95 rear fitting
20" or so of napa preflared 3/16 brake line
Weather head 7936 (into the sn95 fitting)
Weather head 7828 (connect to the drivers side brake soft line)

Cost to me was $12 or so plus the prop valve plug and adjustable pv and it's clean and factory oem. 2 lines from the mc to the combo valve....and then three lines out. No ugly t fittings and 50 adapters

My setup is Mach 1 brakes with 93 cobra master cylinder and booster
