I have the hurst roll control installed, and was woundering if any of you 5 spd guy's have tried this? I was thinking of doing the burn out roll to the lights, apply the line locks to pre load the syspention. Then let off the locks and launch.Would this work like a trans brake on an auto car? How diffacult would it be to do this? I run 26x10 slicks and launch at around 5000. Or any tricks you do to preload the system? peace

I don't think that would work. You'd probably end up bogging the engine down when you launch because you would have to slip the clutch a whole lot in order to sit at the line with the line lock on without having the rear tires spin. Maybe if you can get creative it could work, I dunno. I use my line lock for burnout purposes only.

I would think you would just cook your clutch. Sounds like a bad idea unless you like swapping clutch's.
