anyone know the weight differences of the T5, 3550, TKO. also the torque ratings of these transmissions.

The t5s are rated at 265, 300, or 330 ft lbs depending on the year/model mustang they came out of. TKOs are rated for 500 or 600, again, depending on which model you get your hands on. 3550s.. not sure but somewhere in the middle.

Ratings only provide a really rough guide as to what each can handle, however. They're pretty conservative ratings for the most part (based on 100,000 mile reliability margins of safety and such), but things like slicks, numerically high gears, power shifting and 3k clutch drops change things quickly.
