$500 to play with....

Ok, i decided not to go with NOS yet... wanted to build the motor up more.. I have $500 to play with. What should i do? I already have custom cai, bbk shorties, full 3" exhaust with magnaflow mufflers. Want your opionions...

Yeah with a auto I would go 410s personally. Lots of ppl are gonna say 373.

youll pick up 5-10 hp for pulleys.. best gain for the cost.. id go 373 gears myself...

Trust me. I have 373 on my car. I have an auto as well. I am not that happy with the 373. I really wish I would have gone with 410.

410 in a auto are like 373 on a manual. You will be happy with the 410s. And if you were worried about mpg then you shouldn't have a mustang V8 as your DD.

In my first 2 fill-ups since putting 4.10s in my 5 speed, I actually picked up mileage. All depends where u drive. You will pick up a bunch in the city, and lose a tad on the highway.

If you have a full exhaust package, how about finishing up your intake to completement it? Maybe a MAF ( I like C&L ), Inlet Pipe, and Throttle Body... I also like the Pully Upgrade as well. My $.02 -- 4.10's if you go with gears on an Auto. Good Luck
