'65-'66 plastic cowl cover on ebay (not mine)

How exactly do these work. Are they magnetic?
I would'nt mine having one of these for my II, it's not going anywhere right now, but it would keep the trash out of it.
Since nobody makes anything for the II's I could measure my cowl opening and then get one that fits one of the classics with the apprx. measurements.

They have little 'hooks' that slip down between the air vent slats and then you twist them to tighten it down.
