Hi, I still have the folddown assembly for sale. I know it'll work on a 65 to 66, as for any other years, im not sure. I'll see if i can findout what other years it works on.

Hey, shipping for the panels to Chico, CA from Santa Maria, CA. will be $25 via UPS Ground. You are also welcome to pickup the parts if you'd like.

As for the differences between the years, I couldn't find anyone actually selling the panels new. I did find most the parts relating to the rear sear folddown assembly though. It looks as though the 3 piece fold down assembly will work for a 65-68 since the crome trim kits are the same. The pictures I was able to find also look the same but I wasn't able to confirm for sure that the fold down assembly I'm sellin will work in anything besides 64-66.

As you can see the parts are scattered throughout the years depending on the part. It looks as if you could get the panels then buy the individual parts needed for your year car.
