66 Outer Cowl

I have a 66 Fastback project, the previous owner has cut the outer cowl into pieces and I have been looking for a replacement. I have tried finding a repo or anything with no luck. It seems they only make this piece for the 67+ versions of the car. Does anybody know where I could find this or is my best bet searching stang scrap yards?

I have seen scrap cars with the cowl grill cut out of them before leading me to believe that they are not available.

I haven't seen any '65 - '66 outer cowl repro's either, I would guess your best bet would be to find one on a donor car.
Unless you're good with sheet metal, you might be able to make your own, in which case you could do a louvre pattern instead of a grill!

I think there may be a parts car out on the end of LI.
