Never actually removed the rear window, but my old shop manual for the 67 shows 6 clips across the top, 2 on each side, and 8 across the bottom. They all seem to be the same part (Retainer 42413) and seem to be fairly evenly spaced.
Mustangs Plus lists two different clips (one marked as an upper clip). I order 10 of each for the rear. I'll let you know what I took when I finish installing it.
