OK...so you removed the three upper screws as well as the 2 lower ones on the bottom of the large bezels? There is also a stud on the right side that also secures the left side of the center vent or filler panel. The easiest way to get to this is to remove the radio. You also need to remove the upper two screws of the ventilation control panel because part of the cluster goes behind it. Then once all of the fasteners are removed you should be able to pull it out a couple of inches to expose the speedometer cable nut.
