I've got a pair of 69 standard bucket Mustang seats to put in a 68. I bought the correct grain/pattern for a 68 Shelby. Are the seat "frames" the same for both a 68 and 69? I've seen how the 67's have a more "curved" back than the 69's but I don't know if the 67's are correct either. Please help ASAP as I need the 69's covered ASAP or I just need to find some 68's.

Needing advice,
Dave

To my knowlege, the basic seats are the same, though it would be good to confirm. Why not check with a vendor here on site, or a major vendor, such as Mustangs Unlimited?

I would assume the seat track bolt holes are the same. When I purchased my corbeau seat brackets and sliders, the application listed was 64-70 Mustang.

Don't the 69 standard seats have headrests, and the 68s do not?

Headrests available in 68 also

My 68 has the optional headrests and they look identical to the 69 models. I bet they fit fine.
