Hey

I'm new to the classic mustang world so please forgive me if I'm about to ask a stupid question. I recently bought a 68 fastback that has a solid body, it is however missing a number of parts. I have a 67 parts car that I've been dismantling. While taking the 67 apart I realised that my 68 doesn't have a wiper switch on the dash. Can anyone tell me why this is so? Could it just be that it's a replacement dash that hasn't had the wiper switch cut out? I've gone through my restoration books and searched online and everything I've found says that the switch should be on the dash. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

There appears to be more missing than just the wiper switch. Most of the bottom half looks hacked out. Compare your parts car and literature to figure out what you have or need, then get back to us with what you surmise.

is it possible that the windshield wipers were a deletable option? I am just shooting in the dark here but it's a possibility I guess.

Not in 1968. It wouldn't take Ralph Nader to see the liability issues there.

I have all the parts that are missing in the pic. My only concern is the wiper switch. Thanks.

Is this an original Cluster that would work in my 1987 Convertible 2.3L? Turn signals work, but not correctly.
