'68 Gas pedal to cable set up, help

I need to find a replacement option for the gas pedal on the 68. The old pedal and arm were toast, and I had to cut them out. What options do I have and how is the best way to set it up for a cable pedal yet still look and function well. Anyone have an idea or has anyone done this swap?
