I need help on the location of the holes in the floor supports that the parking cables pass through. I'm restoring a 1968 convertible and replaced complete floor and seat supports. i didn't realize that the new supports from dynacorn did not have the cable holes in them. i have already disposed of the old ones. any help and pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you're dead set on the handle under the dash for originality purposes, I would encourage you to consider installing a tunnel-mounted handbrake. The cable system for the underdash handle is a poor design that's way more complex than needed.

I'm trying to keep it as original as i can. With an automatic transmission probably wont need the parking brake function too much.
