69/67 parts compatibility

I am looking to buy a 1969 mustang coupe for $2800 Canadian ($2500 US). I currently own a 1967 coupe that I am working on. My main interests in the 69 are:
1. Engine, a 302 (I know it wasn't available in a 67 but still...opportunity), including 4 bbl headers and dual exhaust,
2. Front disc brakes,
3. Rear axel (likely a 9 inch with posi but haven't checked for sure),
4. Whatever else I can pilfer (dashboard parts? rad? chrome?)

My question is whether there is good compatibility between the 69 and 67 for these parts and in general. Any advice appreciated.

Mechanically, with some caveats, the 67-70 were the same car. Trim, however, almost nothing.
