I would like to install a pair of ceramic coated headers on my 69 gt. It has a 351w with stock heads. It has a c6 tranny. Any ideas. I was thinking of calling Summit or Jegs.
it depends a lot on yous combo and whether or not your car is lowered, lowered cars and long tubes don't get along well. i have hedman shorties on mine and am pretty happy with them

I have tried 3 sets of long tube headers for my 351W Mach I, and have sent 3 sets of long tube headers back to the retailer- seems everyone making a long tube header requires clearancing ( hammering the daylights out of ) the firewall on the drivers side. Not on my car. Lost patience to try the shorties, but sounds like some of us are having good luck with them. (thank god)
