Hey guys check this out if you want. http://groups.msn.com/torinocobra/69mustangupdate.msnw

I just got the engine home at 11pm last night. Snapped a few pics this morning. Let me know what you think.

Man, I guess its just the Cleveland family of engines, but my Windsor eyes think that motor looks huge!

Cute dogs too.

From the outside our cars look like twins, I have my interior done but still have to install a fender and front clip. The engine looks good as well

That is a sweet looking ride. Those pups are cute as well, as happy as the first dog looks, those presents must be his.
What are the engine spec's? What heads? Is that a Torker intake?
edit to cam specs

It's a .030 over cleveland. 1972 vintage. It has ARP harware throughout the bottomend but nothing really fancy otherwise. Pistons are forged TRW pop ups. They put me at roughly 10.3:1 with my 2bbl heads. Heads have ferrea stainless valves and undercut stems, Stellitte seats, crane gold race rockers, and doudle springs to match my crower cam. Cam is solid crower, 292deg. int. 298deg. exaust 246/250 @ .050 541/548 lift. 112 lobe sep. Building a proform vac. secondary carb for it. Also running a crane digital hi-6.

Yes it's a Toker on there. We had to punch our own intake gaskets. I've been told the turbulance really helps make power, we are trying it. My buddy built one before and siad it ran great.

Nice set-up. That is a helluva cam you picked, I am impressed, you are not fooling around. That should run really well. Please give us an update when you get it on the streets.

It lives! I got it running today. Hit a few bumps in the road but we seem to be all good now. I want to run it some more tomorrow and take it for a spin in my neighborhood. Wish me luck. If I have time I'll do my best to shoot a short video and post it on my site.
