6K good price for this engine?

I've got a 94 convertible AODE, I have a chance to buy this engine but I'm thinking that my AODE will not last with this setup. The person i am thinking of buying this from says the engine will push 400hp. is this too good of a deal to pass up?

DOn't go with a carb. That is a deal you want to pass up. A supercharger and a set of decent heads will get you there with the same price or a little lower. Too much work going to a carb. EFI is good on the street (mpg) and powerful. Plus no hard cold starts..
