Does anybody have a picture of a 7.5 inch rear end backside view?

Thanks! It says the rear is for 79-97. I'm looking for a picture of the 7.5 from a I6 car 65-68. Does anyone have an actual picture?

[gzminiz]

i am not sure what my rearend is, I got a 67 6cyl so i am assuming it is the 7.5 if it is I could take a pic. If you need one, i got one i don't want to look at anymore (little far though as i am in AZ)

That's great! I'll take the pic. I think I meant to say 7 1/4 rear. THanks

Can you post a pic? How many lugs?

[geostang351]

I hope you didn't confuse what I said. I meant I will accept the pic not actually snap the pic.

i will snap the pic and post it tonight. it is a 4 lug.

What are you trying to find out anyway?

I'm trying to help out a fellow mustanger in another forum who states that in 68, a 6 cylinder car had an 8" rear. We have been going back and forth about what is there and what an 8" looks like vs. a 7 1/4.

[Dark Knight]

thats easy, the 8in has a smooth back, removable 3rd member, the smaller rear has a rear cover that unbolts like the late model 7.5 and 8.8
