Hello all, I currently have tri-y's that are getting old and also touch the rubber boot on the steering arm.
My options to fix this seem to be:
A) fit the drop bracket which seems to cause as many problems as it fixes
B) change to rack & pinion steering which will cost approx 3k down in this part of the world
C) or change to shorty headers. (cast manifolds have already been removed as an option)
So opinions invited and any feedback on the best shorty headers would be good as well. (would like coated rather than painted.)
Rest of the system is dual 3inch with flow masters and balance pipe and 2 1/2 inch over the diff and out the back.
Those JBA's do look good, but I was hoping to finish with 3 in collectors.
Any one have any experience with Patriot Exhaust H8433-1 - Patriot Clippster Headers?
