I have a 70mm throttle body sitting in my room that someone gave me off of an 02 GT. First of all will it fit and second, is it really worth putting on? Will I see any noticeable gains in low end or top end??

yes it will fit without a problem.. I would buy a new plenum to go with that TB as well. I say go for it

many people say they notice the gain and some don't. Dyno have proven that it will net you around 6-8 rwhp and rwtq gains... some gain more some gain less.. it's something better than stockers at least. Have fun.

I added my FRPP 70mm to my 03 GT alone it added very little SOTP diifference but the throttle response difference was very noticable.

wonder if any of you guys would know. I put on my accufab 75mm TB and i got a service engine light. All hoses, screwed, plugs are secure. I used the smoke of a cigarette to see if i can find a leak but none were found. Any ideas? I know wasn't the first person that had to deal with this issue. If all else fails going to autostore to get the codes pulled.

SonicGT04, if it's the stock TB from an "02 GT," they came with a 65mm TB. I changed my out with an FRPP 70mm TB and my throttle response improved - made a difference in response during my top end speed...

T/B

I put a FRPP 70mm T/B on my 2000 GT,as others have said, didn't notice a big power increase but better throttle response. I hope to add an Accufab
plenum in the future to maximize the increased airflow.
