70mph intake ringing sound?!

So its only when I am on throttle, it gets quieter the more I step on it... its like a high pitched rattling ringing sound.. and It really sounds like it is the intake..and it is ONLY at 70mph.. none more, none less. read the sig.. could one of those mods affect this? thanks guys..

Hard to say... After changing out my TB/Plenum and adding a CAI I noticed a high pitched ringing sound (Doesnt sound like a rattle though) just when coming off idle. Goes away once you give it more than a 1/4 throttle, but I can definatley notice it some times when I am on the freeway at 70mph. because I am just barely on the throttle.
