I know there is a couple 74 guys boucing around here with V8's. I am looking to see what you guys did about the radiator. I know about takin off the hood latching and etc but i wanted to see how you guys mounted all of it and what radiators you used. Its a 302 pretty stock.. will be slightly modded.

send fastmustangII a PM, she's got a 74 with a 302. I believe you end up mounting the radiator on the other side of the support. There's probably other things too. Maybe she can send you pics.

I had a custom readiator built for mine. It was about 4 inches longer than stock and had 4 rows it. To squeeze it in I removed the fan spacer and mounted a flush thin blade flex fan directly to the water pump. It gave me about 1 1/2 inches of clearance. oooohhh close!
