74 V6 Carburator

Hello,

I saw this item listed in e-Bay and I could use a new carb in my 74 Ghia... Mine does not have the auto choke working...

A question for you guys who have better knowledge than me:
a) Is this carb a good deal?
b) Is it the correct part for the 74´s 171ci?
