I haven't looked for replacement foam, but if I had to guess replacements are probably non-existent. It may be something that you have to take to an upholstery shop and have made if 2blue2's suggestion doesn't work for you. It seems that Mustangs Unlimited offers upholstery kits but I don't think they have foam - I could be wrong.....
