I have a 92 5.0 and want to know how to put a 7in indash player can i replace vents.

Yes lots of guys have removed the vents. It'll be all custom work but there is lots of space to do it.

theres a company out there that makes a new center "plate" for a double DIN and relocates the a/c controls and vents. I'll find out who makes it
