I've been out of the tech world for a while; who makes a quality 8 rib pulley kit for my 99 GT?

I just emailed Dave asking if they make a kit for my 99; I see 2000-2004....so hopefully he can hook me up! Thanks Benny!

I dont think anything changed from 99 to 00 on why they wouldn't work.

Has anyone ever considered just making a larger (diamater) idler pulley for better belt wrap?

I put my own together for half the price of the GIJoe kit.

Alternator pulley GP-720
Power steering pulley XL3Z-3A733-AA
A/C Clutch pulley YB-522
Tensioner 1L3Z-6B209-AA
Crank pulley XL3Z-6312-CA
Idler pulley YS-250
Water pump pulley F6TZ-8509-AA

...and now, you can too.

AC is easy, it's just a clip and one bolt - PS is a bitch without heating it up, the pulley is REALLY pressed onto the shaft.
