i am wondering if the rear speaker boxes are big enough to fit 8" subs in them. the car is a 01 vert gt with the mach 460 and i was wondering if anyone has cut holes to fit bigger speakers. i dont want to give up room in my already small trunk. pics would be great also!
I've had mine apart and measured, and I don't see how it would work. I was hoping to do the same thing on my 01 Vert, but there's just not enough room to cut anything back in those rear enclosures. My next thought was trying some JL6w0s or something, but I think I'm just gonna suck it up and do a box in the trunk, as much as I don't want to, I think I'd just spend a lot of time/money spinning my wheels otherwise.
