I have come across a 83 Ford Fairmont 2dr that I am able to have for free. Good body and interior is all there and is in good. Has a carbed n/a 2.3. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe this car is based on the fox chassis just like an LTD II. It has the macphersion struts up front and a four link rear in the back. What is diffirent in the N/A 2.3 and the 2.3 turbos. I am guessing the blocks are the same but some of the internals are different. How hard do you guys think it would be to change the N/A 2.3 to a turbo. I hknow of a few donor cars that are in junk yards, and one I know has a five speed which I would like to snag too. Anyone know of any good sites 2.3 turbo info , or sites dealing with the LTD II. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
