85mm MAF w/K&N QUESTION!

I have an 85mm MAF with no problems as of right now. I want to order in the future the 75mm Throttle Body and intake Plenum combo from Accufab. Has anyone had problems using the 85mm with this set-up. I am getting a Diablo Predator in a few weeks and hope that helps the three work together. I do have an X-Pipe w/cats as well just want the car to breath better for now since money is tight in order to get headers or a supercharger.

I agree the 85mm maf does you absolutely no good unless you are F/I. If you want to help the breathing sell the maf and put that money toward a decent set of headers.

I agree with what everyone is saying but at the time last year I figured the 85mm and a TB/w plenum would help for the time being while I build up towards a Super Charger. What really sucks now is that I lost the factory one during my move. So now I am stuck with it. But a lot of individuals plus myself believe it is going to help w/headers and the Accufab combo how can it not.

Guys, guys - take it easy!!! He asked a specific question; If you are gonna take the time to offer your opinions (which he didn't ask for) can't you at least answer his question?
GTSleeper, it won't be a problem, but I'd get it on a dyno and I'd be very careful messing with the A/F ratio with the Diablo because of the C&L MAF. It tricks the computer and leans you out. Either get to the dyno or get a datalogger - something like an LM-1 from www.innovatemotorsports.com. As you see in my sig, I removed my C&L since my SCT dyno tuned chip already had my motor pretty lean. The C&L was just aggravating the issue.
But if you are careful and stay away from messing with the A/F ratio, you should be fine.
By the way, billyfe390, I'm guessing you didn't mean to say F/I ? All these mod motors are F/I!
