86 fuel pump

im looking to build up my stock 5.0 and i dont want to starve it of fuel. what is the best in tank pump for this? do i need a regulator or not?

walbro 255lph fuel pump. i have it currently in my 86 gt haven't had a problem, and doesnt need regulator

how much power will you be making?? I ran the stock 88lph unit in my 86 with a gt40p explorer drivetrain.

You can safely run the stock fuel pump to around 300 hp

hopefully a little above 300, i have the tank out now so i figured i might as well change it.
