86 saleen valence cover on 87-93?

im looking for a lower valence for my 90 lx front cover and i did some research couldnt really find a lot but i was wondering if the 86 saleen lower valence would fit on a 87-93 front cover. it seems easier to find that 86 lower valence and cheaper than the 93 saleen valence. if anyone had pics of this that would be sweet!!

yea i saw that but im just kinda tore between the two. i no 25thmustang has the 93 saleen and it looks priceless but i saw a pic not to long ago with a 87-93 hatch with the 86 saleen valence but idk if it was custom fitted or a straight match and it look badazz too.

87-90, and 91-93 valances are different as well, due to the fender extensions.

There are actually a few different valences over the years. IIRC, the 87 Saleen kit was unique and "something" changed in 1988.

yea it seems like the 87 is more flush with the bottom of the bumper and the one after 87 sticks out a little more

I looked up a site for 1988 Saleen info, and it lists the front bumper molding (filler piece) new for 1988, as well as rear valance new for 1988. But it doesn't say anything about the front air dam being new for 1988.

I beleive the difference in the 1987 and 1988 rear valence is the cutouts on the rear

haha thanks for the advice, i do have to agree tho and say the 86 is much cleaner also. i found a pick of what looks like an 86 valance and it doesnt look to bad IMO. ill have to get it on here

yep not a saleen bumper.
and that 86' saleen looks pretty hideos, would look better if don johnson was driving it.
