87 gt intake info needed help

i got an all stock gt switching the intake to what kind i knows theres lots out there im looking for a bolt and go type i dont want to buy junk yard kinds and drill holes and stuff i herd gt 40s cobras elder block well i gain any power by switching the stock intake i plan on doing 373s better intake h or x pipe with flows would i tell a big driffance in power ??

I'd to the mods in this order:

Fenderwell CAI
Catbacks
Long tube headers with catted H-pipe
Explorer/Cobra or Edelbrock Performer intake manifold

I would go with the following in this order:

Gears
Subframe connectors
U/D's (power and amp will help prevent low charging)
CAI (in the fender well)
Cat back
headers and H or X pipe ( done together)
Electic fan and 130 amp Alt upgrade

Those are the easies mods and dont require you to open the engine. After that its heads and intake combo

Cai isn't worth the money, just get a drop in k&n filter. They somtimes cause problems with the mass air meter
