88 Convertible GT supercharger help

I am in the market for a supercharger I found the ford motorsport supercharger but it notes will not work on convertible ???? any ideas why

well considering nothing in the engine bay changed when they went from coupe to a vert it should work just fine.

do you happen to have the link the the supercharger?

It is fordracingparts.com Does not make any sense Got to be the same although my bbk intake fit alot easier on my hatch than my convertible I ended up having to cut it any idea why that would be, motor mounts off maybe?

I might only think that because the vert frame isnt a rigid as a HT. other than that I cant figure why.
