89 Mustang Gas Tank Strap Nuts/j Clips??

When my fuel pump died i had to cut one of the bolts off because the clip was broken and the nut just spun inside the body. I ordered new bolts and went to the dealer to see if i could order new nuts but they are discontinued. Does anyone have any idea where i might be able to find them/ get some? I dont really want to go to the junk yard to buy new rusted out nuts but im kinda at a loss now. The part number is N802060-s439.

Match a comparable size at the hardware store. You may even find it in stainless. I've never understood replacing with stock hardware.

do hardware stores usually stock the nuts with the clips on them? I can find nuts to fit but the way they are mounted there is no way to get a wrench or socket and ratchet inside the body to hold them while tightening.
