89gt or 98 gt

i have a supercharged 98 gt and i threw a rod sat night and im looking at either gettinga built 4.6l with pi heads adn forged pistons i was wanting to know if i should get that or use that money to buy this 89 gt with a clean paint job cobra r rims 3.73s

The 89 will be alot slower, Id just fix the car, then sell it. But if you are going to keep the 98 and get the fox as well do it, that way you can have a fast car and be building the beast in the meantime.

I don't understand your question.

Do you want to either fox up your motor with PI stuff, or leave it busted and buy the 5.0 instead??

Get the 5.0 if its really clean. Im not a huge fan of 2 valve 4.6 engines but thats jus me. A cool idea might be to find a cobra that was in a wreck and take the 4 valve engine. Put the blower on that engine and really fly.

I have both a 5.0 and a 4.6L PI 2v.



I'd rebuild the 4.6
