91 LX Running Rich

Im looking into buying a car from a friend of a friend, He said the car is running rich. he said it has a "Very Safe Rich Tune". Now im not a car genius but i always thought a car running rich was bad for the engine. Should I worried or do you guys think it could be fixed with just a tune? Thats my first question,
My second question is what would a car with the following mods and 75,000 Miles sell for? its a 1991 Mustang LX Hatchback 5spd

Vortech V1 supercharger
FMS #36 injectors
Pr-M 75MM MAF meter cal. to the injectors
BBK 75MM TB with spacer
BBK fuel pressure reg.
FMS Cobra U/L intake
Walbro 255 fuel pump
FMS 3.73 gears with corrected speedo gear
FMS clutch and flywheel
moser 31 spline axles/posi rear
FMS B303 cam
FMS 1.7 RR
Hurat line loc
pro 5.0 shifter
Mac shorty header and Mac O/R H pipe
flowmaster 40 series catback
ARP studs and bolts used thoughout the motor, heads were mildly ported and polished, lakewod 50/50 shocks and 90/10 struts. I put the 93 Cobra wheels on the car brand new from CJ pony arts about 1800 miles ago and 1600 of those miles were on my recent road rally. I'll get ahold of the guy I got the car from, I think he may have the dyno sheet where it made 360/343. The car needs a tune, right now it has a very safe rich tune.

So IF I get the car, I Should have it tuned properly? Does anybody know if American Muscle does Dyno Tuning for 91 mustangs? and if so roughly what does it cost?

If 'ifs' and 'buts' were candy and nuts we'd all have a Merry Christmas. If its a conservative (safe tune) then you dont HAVE to. Their is power left on the table, though. Find a friend who knows mustangs in your area who can look at the car with you, as their are too many variables to have a black and white yes or no. Keep in mind, you are buying a 20 year old car that is going to need maintenance and upkeep of some sort. So, if you're looking for a get in and go, this car isnt for you.
