I have a 92 GT convertible. Almost ready to roll!
It needs the upper and lower convertible well molding replaced. I've ordered both sides of the LH and RH upper and lower well molding, but need to know how it is attached. When I bought it, it didn't come with any of that molding, so I am installing it now. It doesn't appear to have any of the previous studs.

Is this all I need to hold it down, or is there something I need to get for the lower molding as well?

Also, do I need to lower the top to install or is there another method?

I am trying to remember, I replaced the well liner on my 92 vert, seems like the trim around top has studs that hold the well liner on with another piece that sandwiches the liner to the body, I will look at my parts car tomorrow and see what I find.
your saying your trim has no studs?

This is what I have - both sets are new. See if you can open the links:

Do I just need the nuts that hold on the upper trim or is there something that hold the lower trim as well?

Thanks guys. I'll get the nuts and washers from my original post link.

Do you know if you have to lower the top to install, or is there some other trick?
