That place has a back room with even more mustangs back there. Last time I went they had a sweet 92 red notch with black interior and I think 30k miles or so but they wanted 15k. Yeah concord is about an hour away from me. They have that cobra r, 2 95 cobra r's, one is a built one n/a, and the other is a stock motor with a blower on it. They also had a ford gt they showed off for a while. Morrision has some awesome ****.

I understand cars are meant to be driven, but the 93R is a turd. Its a 93 Cobra with fluid coolers and ugly rims. And the 93 wasnt that fast anyways. Its best just sitting, collecting dust and value. Like stated before; just get a 5.0 slap a blower on it and beat it up. Besides, there is no way you'd get $50k from an insurance company if you wrecked it.

That is incorrect. The first year for the Fox bodied Cobra was 1979. Ford continued producing them in 1980 and 1981. They then went to the wayside until 1993.

I agree with the notion that cars were meant to be driven (I beat on mine whenever I get the chance). However, some people just don't know how to have fun and don't drive their cars. I know someone who collected mid year Corvettes ('63-'67) and they were the most expensive pieces of furniture you'd ever want to buy. Talk about dust collectors!

I have another friend who doesn't build cars and show/drive them. He buys unrestored, low mileage originals that he can't drive or have fun in. I've seen him drive his current "garage dust collector" once to a show and he was a nervous wreck. He couldn't even enjoy himself. It hasn't been driven since. He's always saying to me, "You're lucky, 'cause you can drive your's anywhere and show it, race it, cruise it, whatever." I always reply, "Ya gotta enjoy 'em while you've got 'em. Otherwise, it's not worth the investment".

While that car is totally BEAUTIFUL, I don't think it's worth 40K. They weren't that fast and were totally overhyped when they were released. I'd love to know how many were actually raced.

Now that is true!

It's too bad Ford didn't nut up and just put a 351W in it in '93. Hell even in the '95 R that had the 351 it was only rated at 300hp (probably more like 350 knowing Ford and their rating system). So far i've seen all but the '95 R in person.

There is a guy in our local car club who has a '95 Multimatic Motorsports Cobra R, which was built to race open track like the current cars that MM makes, but it was originally a body-in-white chassis.

That '93 is $42,300, i wouldn't be surprised if the reserve is north of 60k, whether it'll sell for that or not who knows.

I just used my vin number and added up the totals produced from 87-93 and figured out where mine was. Probably not real accurate but its close. I got the color combo/interior color production info from a site which i can't remember the name. I lost the link when my hard drive crashed but some of the older guys around here might remember what its called. You just email the guy and he will send you the production info. You can pay some money and have a plaque or something sent to you.

Yeah the are original. Its a race car, they put in the cheapies because your going to pull them out and put in racing seats of you choice.

but wouldnt u have to do 79-93 to figure out what production # 3rd gen u have???
