I'm no expert but I don't see why they wouldn't. Your lowering kit brought you down what... an inch? I would say check the clearance between your struts and quad shocks and the inside sidewall of the tire. Then check the clearance of the front inside and outside of the front tire with the wheel turned all the way left then all the way right. If you have at least a quarter of an inch to spare I'd think you'd be good. The 245s are going to be 10mm wider at the most (probably less considering the width of your rim) with about a 1mm taller sidewall.
